Initial Acquisition Criteria
Minimum of 60 licensed places
Minimum overall lease term, including options, of 20 years
Occupancy at or above 70 percent, OR Profit exceeding $250K p.a.
Average fee equal to or greater than $100/day
Centres to be compliant with National Regulations Audit
Qualifications and staffing arrangements to Ratio and pay rates at Award
